Unless stated on the description. This is Sprayed Lacquer which is a very high quality smooth finish with a 10% sheen satin nearly matt, also water resistant and very durable. (its not like painting with a brush which isnt very hard wearing). Cup Handle or wood stainless steel or chrome knobs just stay which you require on order. Leadtime is 4 weeks if you need quicker please call we may be able to help.

If we are unable to speak to you to arrange this, then your unit will be delayed until we can make contact. Please ensure someone is available to check the unit. (you will have 15 minutes).

To make sure it isnt damaged and sign for the unit. Should there be any damages please sign as damaged and return the unit with the courier and make contact with us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Otherwise we are unable to claim from the courier. We can not accept responsibility if you have signed for it with out checking. Once the unit is signed for you are accepting responsibility.

Very large items like Dressers may take several people to unload as they are very heavy. On very large items like dressers the charge will be considerable higher.

If you miss the courier, they will leave a calling card, simply contact the telephone number on the card and simply rearrange. Or it was damaged in the post.
