This is a good quality vanity unit with basin. It does not come with the tap and waste but see my separate listings for these. It has been used and is in reasonable condition. The vanity unit has blistered slightly is some areas following minor water ingress and has some small chips which could easily be hidden with some white gloss paint. Holes have been pre cut for pipes and waste and the bottom edge has been trimmed to accommodate a skirting board and fit snugly against a wall.

The basin is made of acrylic with a gloss white finish, acrylic is lighter than ceramic but looks similar. The basin is in very good condition with no visible chips or marks. There is some discolouring around the tap and waste holes but this will not be visible once the fittings are installed. Square modern style vanity unit. With internal shelf for storage. Includes 1 tap hole acrylic basin. Depth: 430mm (460 mm with handles). Height: 830mm (865 mm with basin on top).
